1. Delivery Timelines & Costs

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Package size and weight

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, a second email containing tracking information will be sent, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

3. Incorrect Details at Checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is accurate before completing checkout.

If you entered the wrong item, size, or shipping address, contact us within 12 hours at +961 70704671 so we can update it before shipping.

After 12 hours:If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the details.If the order has shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then arrange a return.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing sending us a whatsapp message on the following number +961 70704671.
  • If the cancellation window has passed, please wait for delivery and then return the unopened package within 7 days.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges on cancelled orders.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

MONO FRAGRANCE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
